Current Modules

One of Active Agenda's greatest strengths is our development framework. Our development framework allows us to quickly add new modules to satisfy your unique requirements and easily support extensions to existing modules. If you don't see a module you need, or you just need several new fields, please don't hesitate to contact us(external link). Our framework allows us to address your needs sooner than you can attend an internal meeting to discuss them.

Do not worry if the module list looks like more than you need. The modules displayed can be limited by the permissions assigned on a user-by-user basis. If you want a person to see and work with just one of Active Agenda's modules, simply limit their permissions accordingly.

If you need a quick reference for navigating Active Agenda, please refer to the Quick Guide.

Several modules within Active Agenda contain functionality deserving special consideration. We recommend you familiarize yourself with these modules.

This icon is used throughout the support documentation to identify modules that offer an opportunity to provide central guidance to distributed facilities.

We are constantly adding and refining our documentation. Please contact us if you would like us to add or improve documentation that is underdeveloped and important to you.

Every module of Active Agenda links to its respective discussion forum. We encourage you to join the conversation. Please register to participate in the forums.

Association modules are central submodules that allow you to "connect" two records from different modules.

List Modules and Code Types are used to build selection lists throughout Active Agenda. The list icon to the left is used throughout the support documentation to identify List Modules.

Global modules are available from within every other module of Active Agenda:

Central submodules are populated from more than one module and records are available in a global view:
